		<description>&lt;p&gt;Sadly, given the fragmentation of the mobile device market, even web apps don&#039;t do too well either, regardless of the browser. Flash apps actually provide a superior user experience on those devices that have the resources to support it, but even then native apps still make better use of the available resources. Apple&#039;s brilliance is in its narrowness, to avoid the multitude of problems that currently plague mobile devices.&lt;/p&gt;
